CORRECTION: Michael Roth not present

CORRECTION: An earlier online version of the story "Wesleyan student protesters symbolically 'revoke' Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper's 1974 degree over Occupy Denver arrests," incorrectly stated that it was the college administration that revoked Hickenlooper's degree, which it did not.
The text of the article was changed shortly after getting published, though the headline remained incorrect, suggesting, again, that it was university administrators and, in particular Wesleyan University President Michael Roth, who revoked the governor's degree. That headline was changed this morning.
In addition, Roth was not present at Thursday's protest where Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper's degree was symbolically revoked. He was portrayed by a student during a dramatization after a local protest.
The editors and staff of The Middletown Press deeply apologize for any confusion this error may have caused.
