Address corrected in police blotter
The address for Anita Marie Ackerman has been corrected from 12 Billow Road, Old Saybrook, to 80 Middletown Ave., East Hampton, in the police blotter for July 9 after East Hampton police issued a correction.

Q&A error in print edition
In the Q&A section of the print edition of The Middletown Press in the July 2 edition, Susan Patricia Riley was listed as a guidance secretary at Woodrow Wilson Middle School. The photo is from last year, and Riley has since retired from that position.

Westbrook fireworks date corrected
In The Middletown Press fireworks listings, it incorrectly said Westbrook’s fireworks at Water’s Edge were being held on “Monday, July 3.” The fireworks will be held Monday, July 2.
